Please read these Terms of Service carefully before requesting service or utilizing website resources provided by Central Rodding Total Sewer Service, Inc. (“Central Rodding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Scope of Services
Central Rodding provides residential and commercial sewer rodding, hydro-jetting, sewer camera inspections, trenchless sewer lining, sewer and water main excavation, water heater service, sump pump installation, and general plumbing repairs across Cook, Will, DuPage, and Kankakee counties in Illinois.
2. Estimates & Authorizations
All work performed on-site requires authorized approval by the property owner or designated agent prior to commencement. While phone dispatchers may provide benchmark pricing ranges based on typical local scopes of work, formal firm estimates are finalized on-site after visual or camera diagnosis.
3. Cleanout Access & Plumbing Conditions
Property owners are responsible for providing clear and unobstructed access to interior or exterior sewer cleanouts, water meters, main shut-off valves, and electrical panels. Central Rodding technicians utilize professional floor protection and cleanup procedures; however, preexisting sewer backup contamination or deteriorated subfloor conditions remain the property owner's responsibility.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
Completed drain clearing, sewer rodding, and pipe replacements carry specific written warranties detailed on your final service invoice. Warranties do not cover foreign objects flushed into lines post-service, ground subsidence or seismic shifting, unauthorized third-party tampering, or severe storm municipal surcharge events exceeding local infrastructure capacity.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and municipal plumbing codes applicable in Cook and Will counties.
